We renovate and restore period homes across west London. From basement alterations to the final coat of paint, we manage every detail under one roof.

End-to-end construction

Full house renovations are where we do our best work. From the initial strip-out through structural alterations, basement alterations, mechanical and electrical installation, and every interior finish, we take responsibility for the entire project. We work extensively with Grade II listed properties and within conservation areas. The care and documentation these buildings require is part of our everyday practice.

Everything sits under one roof: electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, AV, joinery, and the sourcing of specialist materials. One team manages it all, so nothing falls between the gaps.

Architectural support

We work alongside architects and interior designers on every project. Our role is to bring their vision to life faithfully, without creating problems along the way. Where needed, we can produce drawings and construction details in-house. This is not our primary offering, but it means that if a project needs additional support, or if circumstances change, we have the capability to step in without delay.

Many of our projects come through referrals. That trust is built on years of reliable delivery and an understanding that the design team’s standards are not negotiable.

Project management

You will always know exactly where your project stands. We provide detailed monthly reports covering works completed, works planned, budget position, variations, approval requests, risks, and site photography.

This level of reporting is not standard in our industry. Open communication from start to finish, with nothing left to assumption. Brian and the team are based close by and on site regularly. Our head office is in the heart of the area we work in, so we are never far away.

Project aftercare

Our relationship with you does not end at handover. We remain available and involved, because the homes we work on deserve ongoing care, and so do the people who live in them.
